To protect your personal information, all tax documents must be uploaded through our secure client intake form. Please follow the steps below carefully.

To begin your tax preparation, please complete our secure Client Intake Form.
During the intake process, you will be prompted to upload your tax documents directly through the form. This is the only approved method for submitting documents.
⚠️ Please do not upload documents before completing the intake form.
When prompted in the intake form:
Select your files from your computer or phone
Upload all applicable documents in one session if possible
You may upload multiple files at once
Please wait for all uploads to fully complete before submitting the form.
Clear file names help avoid delays. Use this format when possible:
W-2 – Employer Name – 2024
1099-NEC – Company Name – 2024
1099-INT – Bank Name – 2024
Photo ID – Taxpayer
Prior Year Tax Return – 2023
Do not zip files unless instructed.
Upload all documents that apply to your situation, including but not limited to:
W-2s
1099 forms (NEC, MISC, INT, DIV, R, etc.)
Social Security statements
Prior-year tax return (if available)
Photo ID
Business income and expense records
Any IRS letters received
If you are unsure whether a document is needed, upload it anyway.
After you submit the intake form:
Your documents are securely stored
A private client folder is created internally
We review your information
We contact you if anything additional is needed
Please do not send documents by email, text message, or social media.
All documents are transmitted and stored securely
Email attachments are not accepted
Only authorized personnel can access your information
